Shipping & Returns

Order Policy:

  • All orders must be placed over the web page.  This decreases the chance of error.
  • If you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, once the order has been placed through the web page, please feel free to contact me.
  • Questions regarding items should be asked through an email if at all possible.


Return Policy:

  • Electrical Items including Bulbs can not be returned or refunded if packaging is opened or bulbs have signs of being used or installed.
  • If an Electrical Item is "Dead on Arrival" you must contact the manufacturer for a replacement
  • Total refund amount will be determined on a case by case basis.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Restocking fee will be determined on a case by case basis depending upon the condition of the item once returned.
  • Shipping Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.
  • Please contact me before sending the item back If you have any questions about the amount you may be receiving back for a return.
  • Any returns must be unopened, undamaged, pre-approved.  Exceptions may be made if items have been opened and the item is deemed defective.
  • RMA's are required for all returns.  This will be provided if you need to return an item
  • All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • Manufactures may change the product as well as packaging of an item at any time.
  • All refunds will be granted after the item is returned. We will only take responsibility for shipping and return shipping costs if the return is clearly due to our error. You are responsible for all shipping costs otherwise.
  • We do not offer a manufacturer's or any other warranty on any item(s). We assume no liability whatsoever
  • All sales are final unless the above applies.


Damaged Items:

  • Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved.
  • Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned. 
  • We sometimes will ask for a picture to be sent to us for our records as we hold our suppliers and the shippers to a high standard.


Shipping:

  • Most orders ship promptly (within 2 days).
  • Your entire order may be shipped in more than one package.
  • Shipping (delivery) time is usually 2-7 business days depending on the destination, carrier, supplier and the size of your order.
  • If an item is sold out or on backorder you will be contacted ASAP.. Some of these items are in high demand. We will do everything we can to get an estimated restocking date. We will try to fulfill the order thru another supplier or refund your payment in full if you so choose.
  • If your order contains large and/or extremely heavy items such as batteries, racks, tires, body parts, oil products, etc. you should contact us for more exact shipping costs. Shipping costs provided for these large items are estimates only and I will contact you with the actual shipping charges for the items.  You will have the option to either pay the difference or cancel your order for a full refund.


Payment Types:

  • Credit Cards, Paypal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks(Must allow adequate time for check to clear before the item will ship) are accepted.
  • Payment is expected within 7 days (Money Order & Personal Checks). After 7 days the order will be canceled.
